Intensive Czech Language Classes for Adults

Whether you’re planning a trip to the Czech Republic or are simply curious about everyday life there, this course is for you! The National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library’s Intensive Czech Language Classes for Adults is designed for beginner students and will cover basic vocabulary and phrases, with a special emphasis on practical, everyday use. We’ll learn how to navigate common situations, explore Czech food and drink (including the many ways to order a beer!), discover the easiest ways to get around the cities, and talk about what you shouldn’t miss in this beautiful country.

The course will be offered in a hybrid format – you can attend in person or join online (central time zone), making it accessible no matter where you are. In this intensive course, you’ll be immersed in Czech language and culture every day and receive useful tips and tricks for a smooth journey full of exciting experiences.

The Intensive Czech Language Classes for Adults starts on Monday, June 23. Each class will be held from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. every day June 23 through 27.
