Scope and Content of the Collection
The National Czech & Slovac Museum & Library (NCSML) Institutional Archive has been curated by the staff at the NCSML. Materials in the collection document the business, correspondence, and publications of the Czech Fine Arts Foundation (CFA), the predecessor of the NCSML, and its transition to the NCSML. The collection is divided into two series: Institutional Records and Promotional/Exhibits/Events materials.
Restrictions
The collection is open for research use. Researchers interested in consulting the archives of the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library are encouraged to contact the librarian at 319-362-8500 before visiting. Many processed and nearly all unprocessed collections require advance notice in order to be retrieved.
