CANCELLED – Free First Saturdays for Students

This program will be cancelled due to flood cleanup in our neighborhood. The museum will reopen on Monday, October 3. Please visit the NCSML.org home page for updated information.

Beginning in 2016, students of all ages (preschool through college) are invited to visit the NCSML’s exhibits for free on the first Saturday of each month during regular museum hours. College students must bring a current school ID card. Regular admission rates still apply to non-students. Members of the NCSML are always free.

Activities for October 1:
Monsters are at the museum! Witches and warlocks of all ages are invited to create their own paper monster puppets…if they dare. While exploring the exhibits, snap a photo of the creepiest artifact and post it to Instagram using #NCSML. Tell us why you think it’s the creepiest artifact, and you could win a prize from the Museum Store and be featured on the museum’s Facebook page.
