Second Saturdays in the Heritage Garden: Clay Garden Creatures!

gardencreaturesJoin us in the Heritage Garden for a start-to-finish Clay Garden Creatures workshop with The Ceramics Center’s Mobile Clay Lab! The Ceramics Center will provide the materials teach kids to make a snail, a turtle, or a toad out of clay and paint it with colorful under-glazes. The finished pieces will then be fired, glazed, and returned to the museum. (Glazing and firing processes take up to two weeks.) This family-friendly workshop is suitable for all ages. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.

$12 for NCSML or The Ceramics Center Members
$15 for the general public
