Ink and Oil Exhibit Reception

Join us for coffee, punch, and traditional Czech pastries during a reception for “Ink and Oil”, an exhibition featuring intricate calligraphy and delightful paintings that will be on display in the Skala Bartizal Library from May 11 to August 18, 2019. This collection is a gift from Susi Bazelides, who is a descendant of the two featured artists, calligrapher Vaclav Vane and oil painter Vaclav Janda.

Exhibit donated and reception sponsored by Susi Bazelides. Julie Vane Watts, Vane’s granddaughter and National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library member, also will participate in the event.
