Let’s paint inspired by Mucha! We will paint a portrait of a woman surrounded by decorative elements of flowers and Moravian motifs. All adults 18 and older, prior experience not required, open to anyone interested in art, painting, and Mucha.
Pre-registration is required. Supplies will be provided.
About the Instructor:
Tara Moorman Benson is recognized as an accomplished artist and workshop instructor. Her favorite medium is watercolor. Tara has had numerous one woman shows. Her exhibit, “Letters to my Ancestors”, was shown at the CRMA and other museums. She is passionate for creating fine art and sharing her skills with others. A long-time resident of Cedar Rapids, she now lives and works in the country outside of Iowa City. The beautiful countryside inspires her creativity and art making.
