Treasured Memories: Family Heirloom Show and Tell

Join Library Director David Muhlena in the NCSML’s Skala Bartizal Library for an informal show and tell! Guests are encouraged to bring a small, treasured object from home to share with the group. Or, you can simply come listen to stories about favorite family heirlooms.

If you would like to share an object with the group, please prepare a short story to tell (less than 5 minutes) that illustrates why the object is important to you. Please contact David Muhlena to sign up for a time slot: dmuhlena@ncsml.org, or 319-362-8500 x 120.

Before or after this program, spend time in Czech Village for Houby Days! This beloved annual festival includes a carnival, vendors, live music, contests, and much more. Parking directly next to the museum may be limited.
