Immigrant Foodways: Ham it up

Learn more about the traditions surrounding food, how to make certain recipes and sometimes even taste some great food in this series of workshops.
Tapas are all the rage nowadays, but finger foods or hors d’oeuvre have come in and out of style for centuries! One of the most famous in the Czech Republic is the open-faced sandwich – Obložené Chlebíčky. Today we will be learning about the tradition and how to make these bite-sized sandwiches.
