Members Only Opening: ‘Pop-Ups from Prague’ & Member and Volunteer Appreciation Night in the Museum Store

NCSML members are invited to a members-only preview of Pop-Ups From Prague: A Celebration of the Graphic Artistry of Vojtěch Kubašta, a family-friendly exhibit celebrating the pop-up art and other works by this talented artist. In the 1960s and 70s, his ingeniously engineered books were translated into dozens of languages and read by millions of children around the world. Organized by collector and curator Ellen G. K. Rubin, the exhibition showcases the broad range of artwork by Kubašta.

At 5:00pm, Ms. Rubin will be present at the opening and will give a short talk about Kubašta and his work.
