‘Twists and Turns: The Story of Sokol’ Exhibit Opening Dinner

Tickets are no longer being sold for this event after May 26.

Join us for a traditional Czech meal as we celebrate the opening of our newest exhibit, Twists and Turns: The Story of Sokol! While enjoying dinner, learn about the history of this important Czechoslovak organization and hear stories about artifacts from the exhibit.

Menu:

Roast pork, sauerkraut with caraway, dumplings with gravy, applesauce, green beans, Czech salad, rolls and rye bread, iced tea or water.

A cash bar will be available!

Opening Evening Schedule:

5:15pm – Doors open
5:30pm – Twists and Turns: The Story of Sokol exhibit opens in Smith Gallery; Museum Store and all museum galleries open 
6:00pm – Dinner buffet opens in WFLA/ZCBJ Heritage Hall
7:00pm – 7:30pm –  Presentation by NCSML Curator Stefanie Kohn
7:30pm – 8:30pm – Museum Store and all museum galleries open

Cost: $25 for NCSML members, $35 for the general public. Must purchase tickets by Friday, May 26.
