Walking Tour of Historic Czech Village

Cost: $5 for members of the NCSML, $7 for non-members.
Lace up your walking shoes and join the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library staff on a walking tour of Cedar Rapids’ historic Czech Village. During this 45-60 minute stroll, discover the unique history behind our fascinating neighborhood and learn the special stories associated with architectural landmarks. Wear your comfortable shoes and meet at the NCSML’s clock tower on the corner of 16th Avenue and Inspiration place SW. Parking is available in the museum’s outdoor lots or in the Czech Village, however the Museum’s parking garage will not be open. The tour starts walking promptly at 6:00 pm. In case of thunderstorms/lightning, a rain date will be posted.
