1. Christmas Cookies I – Linz Tarts Cookies and Vanilla Walnut Crescents

This class will introduce you to two other kinds of traditional Czech & Slovak Christmas Cookies. You will learn to prepare mini walnut rolls coated in sugar and delicious Christmas-shaped cookie sandwiches called Linz tart that can be cut into any shape you like and then “glued” together with delicious berry filling.
