This class is going to be a real treat! All attendees will prepare one of the fanciest Czech meals most often served in the Czech Republic for special and important occasions. You will be going back-to-basics and preparing all parts of this meal totally from scratch. The meal includes delicious and tender beef roast, an earthy & creamy sauce, soft sliced side dumplings, cranberries, whipped cream, and lemon.
Note: Suitable for vegetarians too – just skip the beef roast and use vegetable broth in the sauce. This class is also 1 hour longer than the others.
