Movin’ at the Museum: POUND
Movin’ at the Museum has expanded this year to once a month EVERY month! Each first Saturday of the month will be another chance for folks to try out another style of physical activity from Zumba to POUND. All ages welcome. This provides even more opportunity for everyone to get up and get movin’ for free in 2019!
This full-body session combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements — and is inspired by the infectious fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix® lightly weighted drumsticks engineered for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an effective workout.
