History on Tap: Music of the ‘60’s

History on Tap

Cost: Free, registration preferred.
Location: NCSML

From the Beatles to Simon & Garfunkel, no decade in music is quite like the 60’s.  Join Steven Horowitz, the University of Iowa’s resident Professor of “Rock and Roll in America,” for an energetic look at the music of the late ‘60s.  Enjoy performance footage and rock out to a few audio clips. Our cash bar will be open serving specialty ‘60’s themed drinks. Join us after the program for ‘60s themed trivia and win some groovy prizes!
