On July 19, 2017, kids are taking over the museum! Your kids are invited to spend an afternoon behind the scenes with museum staff at the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library!
Museum Takeover Day
Wednesday, July 19, 2017 from 1:00pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $15 per child, snack included (ages 9 – 13)
Kids are taking over the museum! Go behind the scenes with NCSML staff to see areas of the museum that are off-limits to the public, meet the curator, hear interesting stories about some of the artifacts in the collection, take a special kid-friendly tour of the exhibits, help create an exhibit, and more. This day camp will be active, hands-on, and educational. Parents and guardians are invited to attend a reception later in the afternoon, during which campers will get to show off their achievements!
Registration is due by July 5. Space is limited – register below!
