[su_spacer size=”10″]Get your posse together and join us as we celebrate the opening of Immortal: Warhol’s Last Works at this happening party! Come dressed in your best 1960s, 70s, or 80s ensemble – or arrive as your favorite version of the American Pop Art master himself! (Get creative – the options are boundless!)
Each Warholmania! ticket includes: access to all museum exhibitions, including Immortal: Warhol’s Last Works, tasty Warhol-inspired hors d’oeuvres, interactive art stations, groovy games, the “15 Minutes of Fame” costume contest, and a punk rock soundtrack by a local DJ. Signature Absolut vodka cocktails will also be available at our cash bar.
6:00pm – Party begins, Museum Store open, activities available and galleries open
8:00pm – 15 Minutes of Fame Costume Contest
8:30pm – Cash bar closes
9:00pm – Party ends
The Museum Store will be opening during the whole event!

[su_spacer size=”10″]As a fun addition to this event, La Cucaracha Press from Kansas City will be on hand to help you make your own pop culture tribute tote bag. Whether you choose to appreciate David Bowie or Prince, you’ll learn to print like a pro, and totes be able to prove it.

Nick Naughton is an artist, designer, and educator whose practice focuses on printmaking processes. As the owner of La Cucaracha Press, a custom letterpress and screen printing company based in Kansas City, his work can be found in the pockets of and on the walls of many entrepreneurs and businesses across the country. He received his BFA in Printmaking from University of Iowa and his MFA from New Mexico State University. He had been awarded grants for his work from ArtsKC and the Ruth and Harold Chenven Foundation, and his work is collected by corporations including Car and Driver Magazine.
