“Laskomka” is a meringue sandwich cookie with coconut (or walnuts) and filled with caramel cream. It is often likened to a Czech and Slovak macaroon. In this class, we’ll teach you to craft this exquisite dessert from scratch, focusing on creating the perfect meringue and preparing the creamy caramel filling. You’ll also have the option to make the dessert in either a mini or a larger version (the mini version is used in the photo).
