Movin’ at the Museum: Taekwondo

Cost: Free, registration required
We’ll punch out the season with Shannon Johnson from Ultimate Taekwondo! The whole family can learn some basic kicks, punches, and self-defense.
Session 1: 1pm-1:30pm (Ages 2-5)
Session 2: 2pm-2:30pm (Ages 6-12)
From the Ultimate Taekwondo mission statement: “Our goal is to teach Tae Kwon Do in an atmosphere that is fun and family-oriented. We will strive to teach the importance of respect and courtesy toward each other. We teach that the student must have integrity in all that they do. Students of Tae Kwon Do will not only gain greater flexibility, strength, balance, and the ability to defend themselves, but they learn important life lessons that will serve them their entire lives.”
