“Buchtičky s Krémem” Mini Buns with Vanilla Pudding

In this class, we are going to prepare one of the most popular Czech and Slovak sweet meals – delicious and soft mini buns generously covered with delicious vanilla pudding. In the Czech and Slovak Republics, it is common to have one sweet lunch a week, and both cuisines offer dishes that would remain more of a dessert in the U.S., but are served in cafeterias, restaurants, and in homes as a meal in the Republics.

Note: Suitable for vegetarians.

About the Series

Join us from the comfort of  your home on Zoom and learn from Czech-born Chef Tom Slepicka in these hands-on interactive classes.

Our latest live online Zoom cooking series consists of 5 new classes. In the first class, we are going to prepare a large, decorated gingerbread heart, which will be a perfect Valentine’s gift for your loved ones! The following class will include the preparation of traditional Slovak halušky with bacon, Czech meatloaf called “Sekana”, traditional Czech larger pretzels, and as a sweet end, you will learn to prepare “Buchticky s kremem” – a Czech sweet main course or dessert, that is unlike anything you’ve ever tried.

Please note that you can attend any class in this series without having attended its predecessor.

You can join us for all 5 classes (the entire series) and get 1 class totally free, or you can purchase classes individually.
