Loupáčky – Sweet Pastry Rolls

May 11 @ 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

In this class, we will delve into the delightful world of the traditional Czech and Slovak “loupáček,” a cherished lightly sweetened roll that can be savored with preserves or jam, honey and butter, or simply accompanied by a steaming cup of hot milk or cocoa. Although not traditionally Czech or Slovak, it serves as an ideal foundation for a classic PB & J sandwich, introducing a unique twist to this beloved combination. Throughout this course, we will embark on a journey to learn how to meticulously prepare loupáček entirely from scratch.

Note: Suitable for vegetarians.
