In this class, we are going to prepare delicious and juicy stuffed peppers (pork mixture) that will be prepared in the traditional Czech and Slovak way and finished in a delicious Czech tomato sauce. Tomato sauce is typical in Italian cuisine, but also in Czech dishes. Although the flavor is very different from the Italian version, it is equally delicious, and is especially great in combination with stuffed peppers. As a side, we are going to prepare white rice.
Suitable for vegetarians – the recipe for vegetarian version of this meal will be provided.
