Description: The Czech and Slovak Republics are famous for their goulash. In this class you are going to prepare very delicious goulash that is a little less common compared to traditional beef goulash, but it is equally delicious while bringing a new flavor experience to your table. For this goulash it is typical to use pork together with a little bit of sauerkraut and heavy cream. As a side, we are going to prepare fluffy bread dumplings.
Note: Suitable for vegetarians – skip usage of pork
